Lena grew up in Athens, Greece and moved to the UK to study Art & Design and Communications Media. She worked for more than ten years for magazines and newspapers in London - amongst them the Daily Telegraph newspaper, where she worked as the Art Editor for the company's commercial department.

Her photographic vision was an evolutionary journey from the busy London lifestyle to the 'quiet' and more peaceful neighbourhoods by the sea and close to nature.

Through her world travels she was inspired by the simple living and the ordinary life that she wants to celebrate through her images.

She believes that printed media makes the images become alive and bring a sense of nostalgia of what is gone and an inspiration of what is yet to come.
